Job summary

Bank of America in Dallas, TX is seeking a Financial Advisor who provides comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them reach their financial goals. You will triage client leads, refer to partners, and build a financial plan integrating brokerage products.

The role requires licenses (Series 7/66 or 63/65) and strong relationship skills, with emphasis on regulatory due diligence and adherence to SAFE Act requirements. Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays may apply.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 and 66 licenses (or the equivalent 63 and 65).
• Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry or investment training.
• Minimum of one year in financial services or a sales environment with targets.
• Sets and accomplishes goals and builds strong relationships.
• Effective communication and client engagement; works with diverse clients.
• Manages tasks in a fast-paced environment and adheres to regulatory due diligence.
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Build financial plans with brokerage products such as stocks and funds to meet client goals.
• Recommend banking and investments strategies matching client needs.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or branch clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs.
