Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Advisor to provide tailored financial guidance and planning for clients. You will meet with clients to review goals, develop financial plans, and recommend brokerage products to help achieve objectives.

Required licences (Series 7/66 or 63/65), 1+ year in investments, and strong relationship-building are essential. You must work Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays in an in-office environment.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 and 66 licences or alternate 63/65.
• Minimum 1 year in investments with product knowledge.
• Minimum 1 year in financial services or sales with targets.
• Ability to set, pursue, and achieve goals.
• Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills.
• Effective communication with clients; confident engagement.
• Works well in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with regulatory due diligence and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals using brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and referrals to internal partners.
• Mitigate and control risk in daily activities.
• Identify potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners.
