Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Advisor to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions. You will triage leads, refer to partners based on client needs and assets, and meet with clients to review goals and build financial plans.

The role requires Series 7 & 66 (63/65 in lieu) licenses, 1+ year in investments, and a sales background. Schedule includes Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays, California locations, and a $70,000–$80,000 salary with a formulaic incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Holds Series 7 and 66 licenses; 63/65 in lieu of 66 may be acceptable.
• Minimum 1 year experience in investments and in financial services or a sales environment with goals.
• Desired CFP and/or CRPC designations and insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

• Works with clients to plan short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products.
• Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers.
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
• Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and potential services.
