Job summary

TopLine Financial Credit Union is seeking an Investment Assistant to join our investment team. The role emphasizes customer service, accurate administration, and coordination of seminars for investment representatives.

The candidate will handle documentation, file management, and support in servicing client accounts within the licensing scope. The position supports our culture of quality service and teamwork, with an expectation of working with internal and external members to help them achieve

Qualifications

Prior customer service experience essential.
General knowledge of the securities/insurance industry.
Must be able to work independently and be able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Promotes TopLine Financial Credit Union culture, philosophy and values ensuring quality and teamwork within the department and throughout the organization.
Provides administrative support to the Investment Representatives and coordinates seminars and appointments.
Organizes investment documents and reviews applications for accuracy; maintains client files.
Manages department records, responds to client inquiries within 2 hours, and ensures confidentiality.
Assists in servicing accounts within the scope of the license and supports compliance efforts.
