Job summary

Park Avenue Capital, a wealth management firm in New York, seeks an Investment Operations Associate to support advisory and operations teams through onboarding, client account administration, and documentation management.

You will help ensure accurate onboarding, servicing, and maintenance of investment and insurance accounts while delivering an exceptional client experience and driving efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across client transactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in wealth management or investment management.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, organizational behavior, statistics, information systems or equivalent work experience; Master's preferred.
• Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding investment clients and account opening documentation.
• Support account transfers, beneficiary updates, and account maintenance requests.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and client documentation.
• Process paperwork for advisor review and submission.
• Respond to routine client service requests.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and industry regulations.
• Monitor workflows and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Support reporting, meeting preparation, and administrative activities.
