Job summary

Verition Fund Management LLC is offering a 10-week Summer Internship Program where you will work with an investment team to identify and deploy data-driven insights that enhance investment decision-making. You will partner on cross-functional projects, participate in a trading simulation, and present your work to senior leaders by summer’s end.

You will gain mentorship, attend speaker series, and engage in professional development and volunteer opportunities with your intern class.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in finance, economics, math, statistics, business, CS, or related.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High intellectual curiosity, self-motivation and attention to detail.
• Able to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Demonstrated interest in hedge funds/financial services.
• Familiarity with ML and AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Work on an investment team to identify, evaluate and deploy data-driven insights.
• Contribute to strategic projects beyond day-to-day tasks.
• Participate in a trading simulation to build market knowledge.
• Present work and ideas to senior leaders during the program.
