Job summary

Verition Fund Management LLC offers a 10-week Summer Internship Program in New York. You will work with an investment team to identify and deploy data-driven insights that enhance decision-making and alpha generation.

You will contribute to strategic projects, compete in a trading simulation, and present your work to senior leaders by summer's end. The program provides a dedicated mentor group, a speaker series, and professional development events.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of intellectual curiosity, self-motivation, strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Demonstrated interest in hedge funds/financial services and familiarity with ML/AI.

Responsibilities

• Work on an investment team to identify, evaluate, and deploy data-driven insights that enhance alpha generation.
• Contribute to strategic projects beyond your day-to-day responsibilities.
• Compete in a trading simulation with the intern class.
