Job summary

First Community Credit Union in Chesterfield, MO seeks an organized Investment Services Office Manager to support the growing investment practice. You will work with the Program Manager and Investment Consultants to coordinate daily operations and annual activities.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, learning ClientWorks, Wealthbox CRM, and Money Guide Pro; assisting with scheduling, referrals, reports, and compliance, while collaborating with back-office and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Candidates must demonstrate experience and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Aptitude and leadership skills to develop subject matter expertise in ClientWorks, Wealthbox CRM, and Money Guide Pro.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Investment Services inquiries from branches, back-office, website, walk-ins and calls.
• Develop proficiency in LPL’s ClientWorks core system, Wealthbox CRM, and Money Guide Pro; training provided.
• Assist Investment Consultants with calendar management, client base growth, scheduling, and best practices for Wealthbox activity and ClientWorks notifications.
• Support the Program Manager with growth strategies, expense reporting, and compliance monitoring.
• Coordinate with back-office to resolve client/advisor issues and stay updated on operational changes.
• Submit marketing materials for regulatory review and revise as needed.
• Collaborate on email campaigns, newsletters, website, and social media outreach, including data collection.
