Job summary

Members 1st Federal Credit Union is seeking an Investment Assistant to support the wealth advisors and Investment Services group. You will work closely with clients, members, and branch staff to ensure a seamless experience, maintain confidential information, and manage administrative tasks across CRM and reporting platforms.

Daily duties include scheduling, document preparation, reports, and processing service requests while upholding compliance with credit union and regulatory policies.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience.
• Experience supporting wealth advisors or financial services is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational, clerical, and sales support for Investment Services.
• Prepare documents for client/member meetings, reports, or presentations.
• Pull reports from financial platforms and access CRM notes.
• Schedule appointments and manage advisor calendars daily.
• Qualify referrals and coordinate with broker/dealer and branches.
• Maintain client data in CRM and imaging in the system.
