Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in investment operations or financial services.
• Experience with custodian platforms and documentation processes preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Process public and private market investment transactions.
• Work with Technology Department to ensure processes are up to date.
• Review fund documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Act as liaison between client teams and fund companies.
• Ensure all investment transactions adhere to regulatory requirements.

Skills

Investment operations experience

Familiarity with alternative investment products

Knowledge of AML/KYC requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Experience with Salesforce CRM

Education
