Job summary

OnPoint Community Credit Union is seeking an Investment Services Associate to support the Investment Services department with administration and operational tasks. You will handle client interactions, schedule appointments, process documents, and help drive new client acquisition while complying with industry rules.

The role requires strong computer skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with team members and branch staff to refer clients to WMIS.

Qualifications

• State drivers license required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 license preferred.
• State Life & Health Insurance license preferred.
• Experience in financial services or banking industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline service by handling calls and walk-ins from clients and members.
• Drive new client acquisition by scheduling appointments with clients and prospects.
• Handle incoming leads via digital channels such as web, email, and lead platforms.
• Process client account documents via Raymond James systems.
• Process incoming checks the same day they are received.
• Plan and collaborate with the Investment Services team to schedule quality appointments.
• Input client information in database systems.
• Generate reports to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
• Assist in development and implementation of investment services business and marketing plans.
• Promote and support OnPoint Community Credit Union aligned with goals.
• Work with managers and branch staff to refer members to WMIS.
• Assist Financial Advisors with compliance tasks and deadlines.
• Design and implement service policies aligned with client needs.
• Manage and execute projects as assigned by management.
