Qualifications

• Fifteen years of progressive investment and portfolio management experience.
• Experience leading investment professionals.
• Experience serving sophisticated high-net-worth, fiduciary, and institutional clients.
• Strong knowledge of trust administration, fiduciary responsibilities, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day investment portfolios and leadership of the team.
• Provide senior investment guidance to clients and internal partners.
• Develop and govern the department's investment philosophy, framework, and platform.
• Mentor staff and build a high-performance investment culture.
• Ensure fiduciary compliance and alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with CWMO, CIO, Wealth Officers, and Financial Advisors on strategy and execution.
