• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and banking policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Banking Center staff daily operations, scheduling, and coaching.
• Reviews management reports and monitors performance metrics.
• Greets customers by name and uncovers financial needs to drive referrals.
• Provides customer service via transactions, deposits, loan payments, and product recommendations.
