• Drive investment processes from initial evaluation through investment committee approval and execution.
• Prepare and present investment recommendations, articulating key opportunities, risks, and value creation strategies.
• Manage and mentor junior investment professionals, providing guidance on analysis and deal execution.
• Partner with portfolio company leadership on strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, and operational improvements.
• Contribute to fundraising support, investor relations, and broader firm-building initiatives.
