Qualifications

• Strong experience in growth equity, technology-focused private equity, or a relevant investment banking background.
• Proven ability to lead investment processes and evaluate high-growth technology businesses.
• Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead deal sourcing and develop relationships with founders, CEOs, and key industry executives.
• Identify attractive investment opportunities and develop differentiated investment theses.
• Lead financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and investment structuring.
• Drive investment processes from initial evaluation through investment committee approval and execution.
• Prepare and present investment recommendations, articulating key opportunities, risks, and value creation strategies.
• Manage and mentor junior investment professionals, providing guidance on analysis and deal execution.
• Partner with portfolio company leadership on strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, and operational improvements.
• Contribute to fundraising support, investor relations, and broader firm-building initiatives.
