Job summary

Boston Partners is seeking a Client Service Associate in Boston to support institutional, sub-advisory, and high-net-worth client relationships. You will manage routine lifecycle transactions, respond to ad hoc requests, and work with Relationship Managers to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced investment environment.

Responsibilities include onboarding new accounts, maintaining client records, coordinating reporting, and preparing data for client meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred.
At least three years of experience with an investment management firm or equivalent.
Strong understanding of global financial markets and product differences/characteristics.
Experience with an institutional client base preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to analyze, prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
Experience with AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales & Relationship Managers to support day-to-day client service and onboarding.
Maintain accurate client records and respond to routine requests.
Research and gather data to respond to non-routine requests; prepare for client meetings.
Coordinate and ensure timeliness and delivery of monthly/quarterly reporting packages.
Proficiently maintain industry databases, onboarding systems, and reporting tools.
