Qualifications

• Active California Real Estate License or ability to obtain quickly.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation.
• Confidence in sales, communication, and relationship-building.
• Coachable attitude and willingness to learn investment concepts.
• Real estate experience is a bonus but not required; mentorship provided.
• Interest in real estate investment or working with investor clients.

Responsibilities

• Guide cash buyers through purchasing investment properties.
• Build trust-based client relationships and become their investment expert.
• Analyze deals, negotiate offers, and guide clients through the transaction process.
• Negotiate win-win outcomes for each transaction.
• Stay informed on market trends and local inventory.
• Hit personal sales goals and grow a robust book of business.
• Prospect daily via calls, texts, email, and in-person meetings to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified investors.
