Momentum Capital is looking for ambitious, licensed real estate professionals to join our growing investment sales team in Dallas–Fort Worth. As an Investment Real Estate Agent, you'll specialize in the sales and disposition of residential investment properties, connecting investors with both on-market and off-market opportunities.

In this role, you'll work directly with cash buyers and real estate investors to market properties, negotiate offers, and drive transactions from initial outreach through closing.

What You'll Do

As an Investment Real Estate Agent, you will:

• Market and sell residential investment properties to qualified cash buyers and real estate investors throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
• Build, manage, and expand a network of active investors while developing long-term buyer relationships.
• Present on-market and off-market investment opportunities, communicate property details, and coordinate showings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers, secure competitive sales prices, and manage transactions from initial buyer interest through closing.
• Collaborate with the acquisitions team to evaluate properties, establish pricing strategies, and efficiently move inventory.
• Generate new business through cold calling, investor outreach, networking, referrals, and targeted marketing campaigns.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, manage buyer follow-ups, and consistently work toward sales and transaction goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in real estate sales, investment sales, acquisitions, dispositions, or a related sales role preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable prospecting, cold calling, and communicating with investors through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales technology.
• Knowledge of the Dallas–Fort Worth real estate market is a plus.
