RFP Homes seeks ambitious Real Estate Investment Sales Agents to join our Dallas team. You will work with real estate investors to identify and purchase exclusive off-market properties, building a robust pipeline and closing deals.

This is a 100% commission-based sales role with uncapped earning potential. Applicants from diverse backgrounds are encouraged, with 1–3 years in sales preferred and a Texas license required or pursued during onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Texas Real Estate License required — if not licensed, willingness to obtain one.
• Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.

Build a High-Earning Career in Real Estate Investment Sales

You don't need to come from real estate. We're looking for people who know how to communicate, build relationships, compete, and close — whether your background is in B2B sales, automotive sales, insurance, recruiting, leasing, door-to-door sales, customer service, hospitality, or another performance-driven environment.

As a Real Estate Investment Sales Agent (Investor Advisor), you'll work directly with real estate investors to help them purchase exclusive, off-market investment properties throughout DFW.

We'll teach you the investment real estate side. You bring the drive.

What You'll Do

You’ll build and manage relationships with real estate investors while helping them identify and purchase investment properties.

Day to day, you'll:

• Connect with qualified investor leads generated through RFP Homes' marketing efforts
• Prospect and build your own pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and market research
• Learn each investor's goals and match them with off-market properties that fit their investment strategy
• Present and position investment opportunities to prospective buyers
• Guide clients from the first conversation through closing
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business
• Manage your pipeline and follow-up activity through Salesforce
• Develop a strong understanding of the DFW real estate investment market

This is a sales role first. You'll spend a significant amount of time talking to prospects, following up, building relationships, and creating new business.
