Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Marketing Materials Specialist to support development and retention of investment management materials in the US market, coordinating with sales and compliance, and using PowerPoint and Seismic for content maintenance and data automation.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while applying US regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in financial services marketing or operations.
• Proficiency in working with technology and AI to improve processes.
• Great organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Asset management firm experience is a plus.
• Graphic design experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and communicate project status, issues, and resolutions.
• Develop ad hoc PowerPoint presentations with sales and compliance personnel.
• Use Seismic for content maintenance, data automation, and distribution.
• Develop understanding of US regulatory rules to support materials creation.
• Support process improvement projects and other responsibilities.

• Develop ad hoc custom marketing PowerPoint presentations with sales and compliance personnel

• Develop understanding of US regulatory rules to support materials creation and maintenance
