Job summary

You will conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, communicate findings to advisors and partners, and collaborate with research, product, and tech teams to support platform competitiveness.

The role requires a BA/BS with 2+ years of investment research, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of mutual funds, ETFs, and related products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years investment research or analysis experience.
• Broad knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
• Understanding of regulatory rules for complex products and platform suitability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on investment products, including firm structure and performance.
• Gather data from multiple sources to identify competitive trends and ensure offerings align with client needs.
• Recommend products for inclusion or removal from RBC platforms with clear rationale.
• Represent the product team in meetings with asset managers, advisors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain and leverage tools and systems to support platform reviews.
