Job summary

RBC Wealth Management-US in Minneapolis seeks a seasoned professional to grow our alternative investment platform. You will collaborate with the alt investment team, divisional consultants, and RBC Financial Advisors to educate on strategies, funds, and terms, while driving engagement and sales across regions.

Responsibilities include managing CRM data, supporting advisor inquiries, creating marketing materials, and coordinating events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of financial markets experience, with preference for alt investments/wealth distribution.
• Knowledge of alt investments across drawdown and evergreen structures; ability to discuss benefits/risks with advisors.
• Proficient data manipulation and modeling; Salesforce; adapt to AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in platform assets through direct engagement with alt investment team, consultants, and RBC Financial Advisors.
• Educate advisors on benefits/risks of alternative investments and provide expert advice on strategies, funds, and terms.
• Attend regional/national RBC events to share knowledge on alt investments.
• Maintain CRM data and handle advisor inquiries as a subject matter expert.
• Develop marketing materials, handbooks, and intranet updates for platform offerings.
