Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, finance, business, accounting, engineering, or equivalent.
• Several years of business analysis, systems analysis, investment operations, or fintech delivery experience.
• Strong analytical, documentation, facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, technical, functional, and data requirements for reconciliation and middle office initiatives.
• Support cash position reconciliation across internal systems, custodians, accounting platforms and data providers.
• Translate needs into user stories, process maps, data mappings, specifications, test scenarios and procedures.
• Partner with engineering, QA, data architecture and vendor teams on integrations, reporting, test, implementation and support.
