PlanIT Group, LLC in Austin, TX seeks an experienced accounting/finance data professional to manage complex reconciliations, data analytics, and AI-enabled automation initiatives across multiple systems. You will partner with finance, IT, and business teams to ensure data integrity and streamlined workflows.
The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and expertise with reporting tools and data environments.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in financial systems support, commission administration, accounting operations, systems integrations, and data controls.
- Demonstrated experience performing complex reconciliations across multiple systems and large datasets.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Experience with AI-enabled automation processes or intelligent workflow solutions.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivots, lookups, reconciliation modeling, and data analysis.
- Experience with reporting tools, data warehouses, or operational data environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across technical and business teams.
