Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, finance, business, accounting, engineering, or equivalent.
• Several years of business analysis, systems analysis, investment operations, or fintech delivery experience.
• Strong analytical, documentation, facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Gather analyze and document business technical functional and data requirements for reconciliation and middle office initiatives.
• Support cash position transaction reconciliation across internal systems, custodians, accounting platforms and data providers.
• Translate needs into user stories process maps data mappings specifications test scenarios and procedures.
• Partner with engineering QA data architecture and vendor teams on integrations reporting test implementation and support.
• Business Systems Analyst experience in financial services investment operations or fintech.
• Firsthand asset management middle office reconciliation and exception management experience.
• Strong understanding of matching break investigation root cause analysis tolerances aging escalation and controls.
• Experience with investment data including trades positions cash transactions securities pricing corporate actions and reference data.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Ability to interpret technical designs, mappings, logs interface files and application workflows.
• Experience with reporting or analytics tools such as Power BI Tableau Excel or similar platforms.
• Practical understanding of AI machine learning or analytics for exception classification anomaly detection break prioritization document analysis and knowledge search.
• Ability to define AI use cases data needs success criteria testing approaches and human review controls.
• Familiarity with responsible AI includes privacy explain ability, oversight and operational risk controls.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems computer science finance business accounting engineering or equivalent experience.
• Several years of business analysis systems analysis investment operations or fintech delivery experience.
