- Proficiency with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- 2+ years in investment operations or related financial function.
- Experience with portfolio reconciliation systems (Electra, Eagle STAR, Bloomberg, Excel).
- Exposure to AI tools (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) a plus.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile internal investment records with custodian banks using Electra Reconciliation; own exceptions end-to-end.
- Support portfolio operations functions (corporate actions, pricing oversight, class actions, broker oversight).
- Prepare monthly client reports, including custom reporting.
- Design, build, and maintain AI-assisted workflows.
- Collaborate with AI Working Group, Technology, Compliance, Risk, and Legal.
