Job summary

Osaic is seeking an Investment Advisory Support specialist in Scottsdale to assist advisors, their clients, and team members across operational and service activities for qualifying accounts (WMP). You will collaborate across functions to ensure exceptional service in every interaction and support our products, platforms, and processes.

This role requires 2+ years in financial services operations or a broker-dealer, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma with substantial experience may be considered.
• 2+ years in financial services operations or broker-dealer setting.
• 2+ years in a customer service operation or contact center.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and support to advisors, answer questions, research issues, and complete transactions.
• Support investment advisory needs across channels using product, platform knowledge; process requests.
• Navigate advisory platforms such as Envestnet (WMP) and Wealth Management Platform (IWS/NFS).
• Log interactions in CRM to capture notes and other relevant information for future support needs.
• Meet stated satisfaction, quality and production goals.
