Job summary

Osaic Investment Advisory (IWS) Operations Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based at our Scottsdale hub, with 4+ days in-office weekly. The role supports advisors and clients via phone and system navigation across Envestnet (WMP) and Wealthscape platforms.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in financial services operations, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Bachelor’s preferred, high school diploma acceptable with experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in financial services operations or broker-dealer settings.
• 2+ years in a customer service operation or contact center.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Professional demeanor with a detail-oriented, analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide leading service and support experiences for advisors, researching issues and completing transactions.
• Support investment advisory needs across channels with product, platform and process knowledge.
• Navigate advisory platforms including Envestnet (WMP) and Wealthscape.
• Build relationships with advisors, their staff and peers across the firm.
• Meet satisfaction, quality, and production goals; log interactions in CRM.
• Stay updated on industry and process changes; assist with self-serve information.
