Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Manager, Advisor Support in the Scottsdale/Atlanta hubs. The role leads a team to service and retain financial professionals, with a hybrid in-office schedule and competitive compensation including base salary and bonus.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in support, 5+ years of management, and deep knowledge of the Investment Advisory space. Bachelor's degree preferred; FINRA licensure is a plus. Join a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience.
• Minimum 8 years of support experience with 5+ years in management.
• Experience supporting high producing financial professionals.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Advisor Support Specialists to support and retain financial professionals.
• Set team goals, establish vision and execute to achieve results.
• Coach across diverse methods to drive satisfaction, service, quality and productivity.
• Provide timely coaching, training, and performance management.
• Maintain employee engagement while balancing productivity.
• Develop and maintain internal relationships.
• Address operational and organizational challenges impacting the team.
• Adapt to changing business needs and guide through shifting priorities.
• Expand influence through networking and knowledge sharing.
• All other duties as assigned.
