Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Customer Service professional to support Equity Trading and Financial Professionals in a hybrid role headquartered at one of our hubs, including Scottsdale. The role focuses on processing trades, resolving errors, and guiding representatives through platforms with a strong emphasis on accuracy and customer-centric service.

The position requires a minimum of 1 year in customer service, FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma acceptable with relevant experience.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses required.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve the trading needs of representatives.
• Process equity and option transactions.
• Field inquiries on securities, policies, quotes, and fees.
• Diligently process trade errors.
• Review transactions for market and firm guidelines.
• Prioritize information needing immediate attention.
• Ensure timely follow-up on issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
