Job summary

Osaic is seeking an Investment Advisory (IWS) Operations Specialist to support our advisors, clients, and team members with operational and service activities for qualifying advisory accounts (WMP) via phone and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work within our IWS Support team to respond to customer needs, navigate Envestnet/WMP and Wealthscape platforms, and ensure accurate, high-quality service across all interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in finance.
• Experience in financial services operations or broker-dealer setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leading service and support experiences for advisors while answering questions, researching issues and completing transactions.
• Support investment advisory needs across channels with product, platform and process knowledge.
• Assist navigation in advisory platforms including Envestnet/WMP and Wealthscape.
• Build strong relationships with advisors, staff and peers across the firm.
• Demonstrate critical thinking to identify customer needs and deliver outcomes with great service.
• Meet satisfaction, quality and production goals; log interactions in CRM.
