Responsibilities

• Support the execution and documentation of investment transactions

• Maintain investment and deal tracking systems, dashboards, and reports
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all investment-related activities
• Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) and external counterparties to facilitate smooth execution of investment activities
• Identify process inefficiencies, potential risks, or workflow gaps and recommend improvements
• Prepare daily, weekly, and ad-hoc investment reports for management and investment teams
• Support post-investment activities, including audit support, documentation filing, and reconciliation
