Responsibilities

• Execute and manage capital transactions including calls, distributions, transfers and contributions.
• Maintain accurate records of capital activity and investment positions.
• Assist with cash flow monitoring, reconciliation, and P&L reporting.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, finance, and external partners for timely processing.
• Build dashboards and reports to track capital movements and activity.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks and inefficiencies; propose improvements.
• Prepare regular reports for investment teams and senior management.
