Job summary

Glocap Search is seeking an Associate to join the Investment Operations team. The role supports a multi-asset-class platform, handling client onboarding, data operations, reporting, and ongoing investment activity across public and private investments.

The candidate will coordinate onboarding, ensure KYC/AML compliance, manage data accuracy, and collaborate across Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Technology to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in investment or client operations.
• Experience with client onboarding, including account opening documentation and KYC/AML requirements.
• Experience supporting multi-asset-class portfolios, including public markets and alternatives.
• Working knowledge of wealth management platforms; Addepar or similar platforms is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with large, complex data sets.
• Experience with data integrations, APIs, automation tools, or VBA is a plus.
• Strong ability to identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies across multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational execution of new client relationships from engagement to implementation.
• Prepare, collect, and review account opening, KYC/AML, entity and investment documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, asset transfers, and investment implementation with custodians and service providers.
• Support portfolio activity and client reporting across public and private investments.
• Help maintain data governance standards and improve workflows and controls.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Technology to resolve operational matters.
