Responsibilities

Collect, monitor, and maintain LP subscription documents for new fundraises.
Serve as primary point of contact for investor onboarding inquiries.
Record and maintain investor records in systems and populate LP reference data.
Monitor Investor Services mailbox and phone line, validate requests, and coordinate responses.
Coordinate responses to investor inquiries with internal teams.
Partner with internal teams to ensure investor-facing documents are accurate and timely.
Assist with posting LP communications to the investor portal.
Collect, monitor, and maintain LP transfer requests.
Establish fundraising data room and maintain access and permissions.
Determine LP attributes and ownership for acquisition vehicles.
Work across business units to ensure consistent practices in Investor Services.
