Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years of investment operations experience.
• Deep experience supporting alternative investments (PE, private credit, co-investments, hedge funds).
• Proven track record leading client service operations teams and strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle management, custody relationships, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day client lifecycle management.
• Lead client onboarding and investment change implementation.
• Ensure timely and accurate client reporting and performance analytics.
• Establish and maintain policies, controls, and documentation across multiple regions.
