Strive Solutions is seeking a Senior Specialist, Reconciliation to lead end-to-end cash and position reconciliations across complex investment and custody operations. You will investigate and resolve breaks, strengthening controls across global portfolios.

You will collaborate with trading, operations, and technology teams to improve data accuracy, mitigate risk, and support regulatory reporting with reliable, reconciled data. Opportunities to automate workflows will be identified and pursued.

Senior Specialist, Reconciliation responsible for end-to-end cash and position reconciliations across complex investment and custody operations. You will investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks, ensuring accurate records and strengthened controls across global portfolios.
