You will analyze and resolve position and cash breaks, coordinate with clients and custodian banks, and ensure rigorous controls while partnering with implementation for new client onboarding.

Qualifications

• College or university degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• ACCA qualification preferred.
• Experience with securities reconciliation, cash and position breaks and controls is a plus.
• Experience working across multiple teams, locations and business functions is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of transactions and positions across assets.
• Analyze and resolve security and cash position differences identified in reconciliation.
• Coordinate break resolution between clients, operations teams and custodian banks.
• Manage handoff between India and Chicago reconciliation teams and follow up on issues.
• Partner with Implementation to onboard new client accounts smoothly.
• Review reconciliations daily and perform required controls.
