Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience within financial services with Credit Operations management experience.
• Strong knowledge of bank loans, CLOs, structured products, and/or fixed income operations.
• Experience with Bloomberg and trading/settlement platforms.
• Familiarity with credit agreements and legal documentation.
• Experience with Advent Geneva preferred.
• Strong Excel, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Develop and enhance workflows, procedures, and controls to improve efficiency and mitigate operational risk
• Track reconciliation metrics and elevate material issues to senior management
• Coach and develop team members while maintaining strong communication and accountability

This role will lead reconciliation and operational processes across multiple credit strategies and asset classes, while managing internal and external teams and partnering closely with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities
