Job summary

Atlantic Group in Boston seeks a Trade & Investment Operations Associate to support the execution of investment transactions, treasury activities, and cash management across diversified client portfolios, partnering with investment professionals and operations teams.

This role coordinates transactions across public and private markets, processes subscriptions and redemptions, executes wire transfers, and monitors liquidity while reconciling cash with custodians and managers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in investment operations, trade operations, treasury, or portfolio operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Experience working with investment transactions, cash management, or trade settlements.
• Knowledge of public and/or private investment products.
• Advanced Excel skills; Bloomberg experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of investment transactions across public and private markets
• Prepare and review investment documentation, subscriptions, redemptions, and capital call activity
• Process wire transfers and funding requests while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Monitor daily cash balances and liquidity across multiple portfolios
• Reconcile cash activity with custodians and investment managers
• Support private market funding and ongoing portfolio cash management
• Partner with internal investment teams to meet critical execution deadlines
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and workflows
• Assist with projects supporting continued growth of the investment operations platform
