Job summary

MFS offers a six‑month co‑op opportunity in Investment Operations in Boston. You will analyze business activities, gather requirements, and translate them into solutions while learning the SDLC and testing processes.

You’ll work 35–40 hours a week, Monday–Friday, with a hybrid work arrangement to support collaboration. Ideal candidates are undergraduate students currently enrolled in a coop program, eager to learn investing, mutual funds, and IT as they contribute to real projects and training

Qualifications

• Enrolled as an undergraduate student in a coop program.
• Able to analyze business requirements and data.
• Capable of communicating clearly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis of business activities to determine requirements.
• Collaborate with QA for test plans and performance tests.
• Create training materials and business documentation.
• Support cross-departmental projects and follow the SDLC.
• Identify trends in large data sets.
