Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably with an accounting concentration.
• Experience in environments with deadlines, production controls and accuracy.
• Strong analytical, organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and basic financial concepts.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and coordinate payment instructions to external vendors for timely payments.
• Monitor asset-based fees, expense caps, fund expense ratios and budgets.
• Provide oversight of securities lending by reviewing daily reports and collateral levels.
• Support regulatory reporting requirements for financial statements and prospectus filings.
• Assist in product initiative documentation for fund/share class mergers and launches.
