• Strong Excel, MS Office, and DocuSign skills; detail orientation and ability to manage multiple transactions under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare subscription documents and process wires.
• Manage investor communications and the investor database.
• Support fund/ SPV finances and capital tables.
• Coordinate with legal/compliance on investment agreements and NDAs.
• Assist with fundraising materials and investor relations projects.
