This full-time role centers on banking, lending, investor matters, and keeping transactions, accounting, and administrative work moving smoothly across our portfolio. You will coordinate loan origination and closings, liaise with banking partners, and prepare investor reports.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a family office, private wealth, real estate, or financial services support role.
• Strong written and verbal communication; discreet handling of sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate loan originations, closings, and payoffs with lenders and escrow partners.
• Serve as primary liaison with banking partners for wires, account maintenance, and document requests.
• Track distributions and investor reporting; manage investor communications and scheduling.
• Coordinate with accounting and CPAs on tax return requests and deadlines.
• Support ownership with administrative, transactional, and correspondence tasks.
• Oversee charitable giving and grant requests for the family foundation.
