Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (required).
• Approximately 2-3 years' experience in investment analysis, accounting, or related field.
• Strong academic record; self-motivated and proactive.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong financial analysis, writing and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent work ethic, detail orientation and organizational skills.
• Minimum GPA of 3.4.

Responsibilities

• Monitor portfolios with investment professionals.
• Analyze quarterly investment report valuations, including diversification and gains/losses.
• Prepare support for quarterly investor reports and portfolio-level performance (TWR, IRR, Multiples).
• Analyze valuation changes and drivers across portfolio investments.
• Prepare quarterly investor reports with schedules and documentation.
• Process investment amendments/consents with investment professionals.
• Provide data to Investor Relations for investor presentations and fundraising.
