Ares Management Corporation's Boston-based Real Estate Secondaries team seeks an Associate to evaluate and source real estate secondary opportunities. You will conduct due diligence, build financial models, and present investment ideas to the team and committees.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate real estate secondary investment opportunities through due diligence, market research, benchmarking, and financial modeling.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of real estate LP interests, GP-led transactions, continuation vehicles, and underlying assets.
• Analyze property- and fund-level performance across multifamily, industrial, office, retail, hospitality, self-storage, data centers, and other real estate assets.
• Prepare and present investment recommendations to investment committees and the broader team.
• Support investment team in transaction execution, portfolio monitoring, asset management oversight, and valuation of existing investments.
• Build industry relationships with fund sponsors, operating partners, advisors, and attend industry conferences.
