PGIM, the Global Asset Management business of Prudential, is seeking a derivative operations professional based in Newark, NJ. The role supports the end-to-end derivative trade lifecycle, including validation, settlement, collateral management, and controls, with a focus on operational excellence and risk mitigation.

The position requires 4–7 years in investment operations or related fields, teamwork with internal and external parties, and strong attention to detail.

Qualificações

• 4-7 years of experience in investment operations, trade support, settlements, collateral management or related derivatives operations.
• Knowledge of post-trade processes including trade support, settlements, reconciliations, cash processing, and controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to investigate exceptions and implement solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end operational lifecycle of derivative products: trade validation, confirmations, settlements, lifecycle events and exception management.
• Validate derivative trade activity in Aladdin and related platforms ensuring accurate books, positions, and downstream data.
• Process and monitor settlements, collateral movements, margin activity, cash interest, and related payment workflows.
