Job summary

AllianceBernstein invites high-potential associates to join the Technology & Operations Associate Program (TOP). The program offers up to four six-month rotations in Investment Management Operations, with formal training and mentorship throughout.

Associates will work across front, middle, and back-office areas, gaining exposure to global operations and risk management. Participants will complete a project per rotation, have two mentors, and present findings to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration or related fields required or expected.
• MBA candidates in finance or related fields are preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; attention to detail essential.

Responsibilities

• Participate in up to four six-month rotations across Investment Management Operations.
• Contribute to projects critical to team success and present to senior leaders after rotations.
