Job summary

AllianceBernstein L.P. is seeking candidates for its Technology & Operations Program (TOP) in Nashville, TN. The two-year program offers four six-month software development rotations where Associates work across a broad set of investment platforms and learn multiple languages and frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree candidates in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher.
• Demonstrated programming experience.
• Interest in AI and emerging tech in software development.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four six-month software development rotations within TOP.
• Work with business analysts and development managers to implement functional and technical specs.
• Learn and apply a broad range of languages and frameworks across rotations.
• Receive formal technology training and mentorship throughout the program.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to gain exposure to investment platforms and workflows.
