AllianceBernstein's Technology & Operations Program (TOP) is a two-year rotational track for recent graduates in Software Development. It offers four six-month rotations across various software teams, with formal training, mentorship, and exposure to investment platforms.

Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science or related fields, a GPA of 3.3+, and be eligible to work in the United States. Rotations cover analytics, pricing engines, trading opportunities, and automation of workflows.

Qualifications

• December 2026 or May/June 2027 bachelor's or master's degree candidates in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Cumulative GPA of a 3.3 or higher
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (must be able to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future)
• Demonstrated programming experience
• Exceptional analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced, team environment
• Interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance software development, automate workflows, and solve complex business challenges

Responsibilities

• Rotations across software development tracks, learning functional and technical aspects of applications
• Develop analytics, pricing engines, and trading-related software through rotations
• Collaborate with business analysts, development managers, and senior engineers
• Participate in formal training, mentorship, and networking events
• Engage with senior leaders through coffee chats and lunch & learn sessions
